I'm feeling the exact same way!  Though this second day of clear liquid fluids that my surgeon requires is kind of wearing me out!

Best of luck to you tomorrow!

You'll be fine! Between the anesthesia, the trauma your tummy is about to undergo, and the drugs they will give you, the lack of sleep will be par for the course. Just be sure to sip, walk, rest, repeat after being sleeved! Think good thoughts. You will do well.

Good luck!

Not important. You'll get some good old sleep when they knock you out ;-)

I had too much anxiety to sleep, and then didn't sleep for 5 days after surgery. I survived!

Well what you are going through is pretty normal. Remember you will not get good sleep in hospital..someone is always in your room or taking your vitals etc...in spite of pain meds.

I slept fine, even woke up before alarm went off.
I could not wait to be put out as I was off my NSAIDS for my chronic back pain..could've kissed the Anesthesiologist !! LOL

Let us know when you have your surgery. I prayed for the surgeon and team and asked for a "good nights sleep" and got it.

Warmly, Jan

I don't plan on sleeping tomorrow night. My surgery is tuesday morning. I am too paranoid my alarm clock wont go off and I will miss the surgery. I'll probably nap tomorrow during the day time.
